Take a step back and relax in our wonderful surroundings. Lotus BB & Spa offers a wonderful stay with yoga and spa included. Sleep in our romantic bed and breakfast and during your stay you can enjoy 75 minutes of yoga or meditation tailored to you and your needs. You get free access to the spa and sauna in the Lotus Garden Spa.
Private yoga or meditation lessons for one or two people
Private yoga lessons are for you who want to get spoiled with extra attention from the instructor. Maybe you would like to have that extra peace and quiet that comes with private lessons or the possibility to immerse yourself in special positions or areas of focus in the yoga exercises. We will create the program according to your temper and needs – depending on whether you want to be challenged with advanced positions, or whether you are beginners or more experienced.
With yoga lessons for two you can create room for special contemplation as couples, friends, etc. You can for example immerse yourselves in yoga positions for two where you have to cooperate to achieve balance etc.
You may also enjoy 75 minutes or meditation. We will create the class according to your need or level.
Spa and sauna in the Lotus Garden Spa
Enjoy spa and sauna in the Lotus Garden Spa before or after your yoga lesson. The Lotus Garden Spa is landscaped with relaxation in mind, with the aim of contributing to your well-being. In the Lotus Gardens and Spa you can immerse yourself in the lovely outdoor spa or enjoy the Finish sauna. Also you can relax in the comfortable garden (in the summer) or take a cold shower outdoors after the sauna.
This package includes:
- Access to the sauna and spa in the Lotus Garden Spa*
- 75 minutes Hatha yoga-lesson for one or two with focus on your wishes/ or 75 minutes meditation
- Healthy breakfast
- Use of yoga equipment
- Uds of bathrobes
- Accommodation in the Lotus BB Room.
