Yoga for two
Yoga for two is a private yoga lesson for two of you. The class is designed especially for the two of you and will both focus on challenging you and relaxing you.
The lesson can include (this is meant as an inspiration):
- Yoga poses (asanas), focusing on you and your and your needs physically and mentally
- Yoga poses (for two), where you collaborate about balancing, stretching, twisting, etc.
- Supervision of correct performance of yoga poses, if you are already working with your own program
- Chackra focus in the yoga poses
- Advanced poses as headstand, shoulder stand etc.
- Meditation techniques
- Breathing practices (pranayama), which gives you balance, relief tension and cams the nervous system
- Deep relaxation
Yoga for two = is an opportunity for togetherness in a different way. You are giving each other a gift. We create a room which focuses on you and your needs. Yoga gives you more balance, strengths, calms your mind and relieves tension both physically and mentally.

Practical information :
Bring loose close and your own yoga mat. You can also rent a yoga mat from us for 10 kr.
We do accept cash as well as Danish via mobil pay.
